Learn how to create a simple, rustic centerpiece and tablescape for Thanksgiving
*Thank you, Wayfair, for sponsoring today's post. All opinions and text are completely my own.*
Although it seems like Christmas has taken over the stores and the internet, we definitely don't want to forget about Thanksgiving. I really think it's my favorite holiday with all that good food and getting to see my family without the stress of finding gifts. For us, it's all about the food and the people.
As an official Wayfair Homemaker I get to participate in some fun home decor projects with them. Today I'm partnering with Wayfair and styling a Thanksgiving centerpiece as part of their Centerpiece Challenge. Doesn't that sound like fun? It really has been.
The older I get (not that I'm old), the easier I want our home decor to be. And this centerpiece is extremely simple. With the exception of the two rustic wood trays from Wayfair, I only used things that I already had on hand. I even had the leaves pressed inside of a book.
For this simple centerpiece, I started by adding a burlap runner down the table for a base with some texture. It goes along nicely with the rustic theme.
It doesn't get any simpler than that.
Some vintage silver, linen napkins, and Thanksgiving dishes complete the look.
It's such a simple idea and is so easy to put together. No need to do anything complicated.
It actually makes me want to go outside and get some fresh air, how about you?
Be sure to hop over to Wayfair for the rustic tray (go HERE) or any of your home decorating needs. They literally have everything for your home there and most of it ships free.

Like you, I like things simpler the older I get. This is a beautiful nature-inspired look for a table and I love it!
