Simple changes to the front porch for spring.

Our front porch has been ready for spring for a couple of weeks now, although the calendar isn't quite there yet. With the mostly warmer temps we've had recently there have been plenty of flowering branches to cut and display here in my old red wagon. It's so fun and easy to decorate it for each season.

It all started with a trip to Target. That sentence has gotten me into trouble so many times before! My youngest and I went there to find bathing suits because they were on sale. And I made the mistake of venturing over to the home decor department. They had the prettiest pillows and covers at the best prices! Needless to say, I came home with more than bathing suits that day.

How I gave our entry a 20 minute spring makeover

Our little entry gets a simple springtime refresh.

It's not officially spring yet but don't tell that to all the flowers and bushes blooming in our yard. I've been cutting and clipping them and bringing them inside and added several of them to our entry and other places in the house. I also made a couple of other simple swaps in here to make it feel more like spring. Read on and let me know what you think!
