Hello, friends! Can you believe that Easter is this weekend? After a long and cold winter, it’s not a moment too soon. Hopefully warmer temps are here to stay.

Last week I spent some time away with my husband and youngest daughter. We enjoyed a few days in the Charleston area and also traveled to Savannah for a day. I’ve been sharing some favorite pictures over on instagram HERE. And I’ll be sharing my favorite things to do in Savannah very soon, so watch for that post.

Today I’m joining some of your favorite home bloggers and we’ve all got tips for decorating your table for spring. There are 25 of us in all and you’ll definitely want to visit everyone. The tour is hosted by the talented Tammy at Pink Peppermint Design. Be sure to start the tour with her pretty tablescape HERE.

If you’re visiting from Patti at Hearth and Vine, welcome! I always love to see what she’s up to. She has the best ideas! While you’re visiting us, you can tour our home HERE, and get to know me a little better HERE

And now, here’s how I’ve decorated our spring table.

Spring Table Setting

I love using white dishes. They’re so versatile and go with any season, any color, and any style. I found an entire set of these white ironstone dishes at the thrift shop a couple of months ago and just love them.

I placed them on my white wooden chargers and added some vintage pale green napkins, small boxwood wreaths, and ceramic robin eggs. For the base, I used a blue-gray linen table runner. The cool colors are so peaceful and perfect for spring.

For a very simple centerpiece, I picked some narcissus from our yard and popped them into some of my vintage milk glass vases. I placed a vintage-inspired wood cutting boardΒ underneath them for some weight.

We don’t have a formal dining room in our house so I dressed up our every day table. It’s usually just 3 of us eating in here so I took the leaf out of the table to make it cozier in here.

I added the chandelier shades and wood bead garland to the chandelier a few months ago and it gave it a brand new look. And FYI, I found that chandelier several years ago at a yard sale for $7. It was shiny brass, but I sprayed it with black wrought iron spray paint to give it an updated look. Don’t you love deals like that??

A little vintage Easter postcard adds a subtle pop of color against the white vases.

Confession: I’m a bit of a dish hoarder. Especially if it’s white and old. I just can’t help myself! Most of my collection has come from yard sales and estate sales. (For my favorite estate sale shopping tips, go HERE.)

Spring Buffet Decor

A vintage demijohn adds some texture over on the buffet. And the little mason jars are the perfect place for some more flowers from the yard. (See more of my favorite things to use for flower vases HERE.)

A few cabbage bowls and dishes are also over on the buffet in a 3-tiered tray. It’s a really great way to store various items without taking up too much space.

And dried French lavender is the perfect addition almost any time of the year. I’ll probably leave it here in the pitcher until fall, if not later. It smells so good!

People are always asking where I got things in my posts, so here’s a source list with some affiliate links in case you’re interested. Several items are from my shop, Emory Valley Mercantile. Click on the item and you’ll be taken to the original source or as close as I could find.

I love your dining room all set for spring! And those white wooden chargers… I HAD to go look them up! Might have to get some from your source… πŸ˜‰ Funny, I think I'd seen an earlier post this winter of yours where you had used them, and when I was down at Magnolia Farm I thought maybe they might have come from there. Lol! Now I know. πŸ˜€

Happily pinned to several of my boards. Love the daffodils!
